Raised by irish immigrants on Chicago's near-west side, Jeannine grew up under the watchful eye of several aunts and uncles as well as the nuns from her alma mater, The Immaculata. She possesses a uniquely witty and forthright style in her work. Originally painting strictly in oil, she now focuses her talent on watercolors. In addition to these, she has on occasion created several highly regarded greeting cards.
